An appointment is time in a dental chair reserved exclusively for you. Since only one person can sit in the chair at a time, this can be considered a valuable community resource. Your friends and neighbors may have needed or could have used that resource if you didn't.
Please be a good neighbor. Make only appointments you intend to keep. Make every effort to show up for your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, so we can locate others who can use that reserved time.
The cost of dental treatment varies depending on individual needs and the treatment plan. During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options. We'll help you make the best choice for you and your family.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you understand your insurance benefits. Please be aware of our financial responsibility policy.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or cancels without sufficient notice.
